Basically, the title says it all--East Grover Street is now open! That's right, it's not just open for the day or for the weekend--it's finished! Work crews still have to finish up some smaller projects and the final lift of asphalt will have to wait until next spring's warmer weather, but as far as your travel goes, the road is finished.
